How Tripo, an AI 3D workspace, got one shortlist of creators across Germany and the UK, each checked by hand and priced, instead of hunting them one by one.

The list is built in Berlin, the creators are everywhere.01 / The brand
Tripo is an AI 3D workspace. Its users are makers with a printer on the desk, game developers who need assets, and creators who test every new AI tool the week it ships.
The best proof for a tool like that is not an ad. It is a creator building something real with it, on camera.
02 / The challenge
“Finding them is the hard part. They are spread across YouTube and TikTok, in German and in English, and most of them have never worked with an agency.”
Tripo wanted creators in 3D printing, game dev and AI tools in both Germany and the UK. Each one had to be checked: do they still post, does their audience actually build things, and would the product fit their format.
Doing that in-house means weeks of searching and messaging before the first fee is even agreed.
03 / One list
“We searched both platforms in both countries, watched every creator’s recent videos and dropped everyone whose audience did not fit.”
What was left became one list: profile, recent work, platform, country and a price for each creator. Tripo ticks the names that fit the budget. The list can be cut to any size without changing the price per creator.

Book creators04 / The workflow
Once a name is ticked, we take over: outreach, fee, contract template, a brief in Tripo’s branding and the review of every script and draft. Ad codes and partnership labels are collected per video.
Tripo sees everything before it goes live and approves in the portal.
05 / The status
The list is with Tripo. The campaign is being set up. Results follow once the first videos are live. We do not publish numbers before that.
